 Parti ciper la mise en place de nouvelles formations au sein de l'Institut (ingnierie pdagogique)

 ; ; Animer des sances de cours et d'ateliers
 Organiser les Journes Portes Ouvertes

Etudiant(e) ou en Formation continue. BAC+2/+5 en formation Formateur professionnel pour adultes‎ , BTS, DUT, Master, Ecole de commerce

PROJECT MANAGER

Babylon Radio is a multicultural site with information about living here, visiting and things to do, playing music from all around the world, running multicultural events and more. The components of our project consist of a Web Radio, a Website and a Multicultural Community, which are created to help people to feel included, informed and welcome through our website, radio shows and events. Our aim is to help people around the world unite through music with no barriers of borders, race, religion or politics.

Babylon Radio have opportunities for a Project Management intern to join their growing team in Dublin City Centre. It is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to start their professional career or are looking for an internship to complete their studies. The candidates will have the chance to gain knowledge on how a radio station works.

The period in which you would like to do the internship is flexible and can be discussed with us. You can choose the length, which should not be less than 3 months, and the starting date, which should allow yourself and us to have everything settled for your arrival in our company.

Role Summary:

The intern will be responsible for managing the full project management process. The successful candidates will work closely to the other company's functions creating productive liaison among all of them, as well as building relationships with clients and potential partners.

Respons ibilities:

provide supports to the other departments and functions;
monito r all issues and problems;
documen t and report the current status of projects;
establi sh relationships at all levels in order to create an effective participation throughout the whole company.

Requirem ents:

No professional experience is required.
The ideal candidate should possess a Business-related background, either for the academic or professional field, and should also demonstrate passion and desire to learn and actively participate in Babylon Radio's projects. Excellent communication, organisational, and relational skills are essential to fulfil this role position.

The internship can be done remotely.

opportunities for a HR manager.
The period in which you would like to do the internship is flexible and can be discussed with us. You can choose the length, which should not be less than 3 months, and the
starting date, which should allow yourself and us to have everything settled for your arrival in our company.

Responsibilities:

- Developing HR planning strategies by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements;
- Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding on how best to advertise;
- Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques;
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal
opportunities ;
- Analysing training needs in conjunction; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.

Requi rements:
- Possess a high level organisational and communication skills;
- Possess a professional & commercial approach to HR;
- Have the ability to analyse, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment.
